Game Info

Wow, already my 7th game ever! This is Stew Quest! This is the first ever game I've made that wasn't dark or horror themed. It was made in collaboration with my husband, YellowOni!



This game was a bit of a challenge for me- not only to make something NOT horror/dark themed, but especially when it came to the updating vegetable list that pops up every time you get a new veggie.

My husband really helped me out there, even without prior knowledge of RPG Maker as an engine.

For this game, I really wanted to make something ultra simple- and what a better way than with a cooking game! Originally, the game was going to focus on many different types of meals you could make- but that seemed like a very arduous task for me;; so I simplified it to just stew making.



To be honest, I'm not as much a fan of "stew" as I am other cream or "traditional" soups. I do really love curry, though!

Anyway, I'm pretty pleased with how the game came out in the end. It's simple, it's straightforward, and it's a little silly. There's also a bonus room! I hope you enjoy my little game if you check it out! (:
