That being said: Please be warned- I can't predict when I'll have a low day in regards to my mental health. Writing it out may help me some, and if reading about mental illness (including overcoming psychological distress and depressing thoughts) isn't your cup of tea, maybe turn back now.
That's not to say I'll always be writing about depressing or sad stuff! This will just be a place where I can pour my thoughts and feelings into writing form. ...Whenever I remember to do so.
